Q) Can i only enable certain email account to be archived?
A) No, email archiving is done on a domain level. Once it is activated, all email accounts under the domain will have the archiving feature.
Q) How do i view a copy of the incoming or outgoing email in my email account?
A) You will be provided a customised webmail to view and search for the message.
Q) I want to archive up to 10GB of email data on a single account, is that possible?
A) Absolutely yes! There is no limit to how much email data you can store. You only simply need to upgrade your main email account space to 10GB since the archival takes a mirror of your main account.
Q) How can i monitor my staffs incoming and outgoing email?
A) You will be provided a master password to view individual email accounts. Due to privacy issues, we would need the owner of the company to fax in BIZ file (registered company information) together with company letterhead to approve the monitoring feature.
